Company Profile

LandMark Land Consultants, is a civil engineering, surveying, environmental consulting, and permitting firm headquartered in Englewood, Florida. Our goal is to recognize our Client’s development needs by providing the planning, environmental assessment, technical design, and regulatory permitting services necessary to allow development in Florida’s environmentally sensitive environment.

The unique combination of weather, physical characteristics, and natural resources found here, and throughout Florida, requires the utmost care and knowledge when selecting appropriate design features and in efficiently navigating the multi-layered permitting process. LandMark was established in 1990 to provide professional surveying, engineering, and environmental consulting services and has continued to do so throughout Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties since that time. Today, our professionals provide turnkey, point source consultation, evaluation, technical design, surveying, environmental consulting, and permitting expertise to architects, builders, land developers, governmental agencies, and homeowners. Typical LandMark projects may represent both private and public interests, and include coastal and inland properties and infrastructure.

In 1995, LandMark became a “Crest Engineering Company” (Crest). As a member of the Crest family, LandMark’s regional knowledge, local presence, permitting expertise, and project specific management skills are augmented, as necessary, by expanded professional counsel and production capabilities. In this way, LandMark’s current staff of 11 routinely provides a level of service traditionally associated with much larger firms. Collectively, the Crest family includes approximately 50 individuals representing the full range of disciplines necessary to provide turnkey land planning, permitting, and development services throughout the state of Florida.

It is truly exciting to live and work here in Southwest Florida! The weather and natural resources offer many opportunities to enjoy nature at its finest and to appreciate a truly wonderful living environment. Whether your project involves a single family home, a complex multi-phased coastal development, an institutional establishment, or something in between, we truly look forward to helping you meet your future development goals.
